Terms of Service

1. The game

Bingo at bingo.genxmims.org is a free, live, multiplayer hall. You sit a table, mark numbers on a card, and shout Bingo. It is entertainment. It is not a casino, lottery, or sportsbook.

2. No real-money betting

You cannot wager cash. Credits buy hall cards. Tickets buy looks and timed helpers in the shop. Neither has cash value. We do not buy them back. Winning does not pay money.

3. Who can play

You should be 13 or older. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms. Do not play if live bingo of this kind is not allowed where you live.

4. Guests and accounts

You may play Classic as a guest. A guest bag is tied to this browser and, for starter credits, to your network. Sign in to keep credits, tickets, a unique username, and shop items. You are responsible for that account. Do not share it or make extra guest seats to farm starter packs.

5. Fair play

One Bingo shout per card per round. Helpers (Hint, Auto, Spot, Paint) only change how your card looks or marks — they do not change the caller or other players. Do not cheat, script, abuse bugs, harass, or impersonate the house. We may freeze, reset, or close a seat that breaks this.

6. Names and halls

Usernames are first-come, one time. Keep them civil. Halls, patterns, speeds, prices, and bot sitters may change as we tune the room.

7. Our stuff

The game, art, wordmark, and copy belong to MiMs. Play it. Do not copy the service or pretend it is yours.

8. It can break

Halls run as-is. Calls, clocks, and rewards can glitch. We may pause, wipe play data, or change the rules. We are not liable for lost credits, tickets, or time. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability is zero because the game is free.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the live version. Playing after a change means you accept it.
